**Who We Are**

At Optimal Recovery and Rehab, we are a team of dedicated Allied Health professionals who work closely with various orthopaedic specialists in Brisbane, Logan and the Redlands.

Our primary focus is rehabilitation following both major and minor orthopaedic surgeries of the spine and lower limb as well as conservative care. Our mission is to deliver the best possible service tailored to each individual's situation or condition, using specific, individualised, and evidence-based exercise therapy.

We specialise in:

- Injury Rehab and Prevention
- Chronic and Acute Disease Management
- Pre & Post Operative Therapy
- Strength and Conditioning

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a part-time **Accredited Exercise Physiologist** with at least **1 year of clinical experience** to join our clinic.

You’ll be:

- Delivering 1:1 and group sessions to Private, Medicare, NDIS, DVA, and WorkCover clients
- Managing your own caseload and building strong client relationships
- Working closely with other health professionals
- Promoting our services within the gym and community

You’ll work out of several gyms that we have close affiliations with in the greater Brisbane, Logan and Redlands districts.

**Your Qualifications & Experience**

You’ll need:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology or equivalent
- ESSA Accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist
- At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
- Return to work and suitable duties planning (ideal but not necessary)
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Blue Card and Yellow Card
- Driver’s licence and reliable car
- Professional Indemnity Insurance

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $31.22 - $50.55 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
