We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our Transformation Office. This role will work closely with the Head of Transformation to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic transformation initiatives, playing a key role in driving the successful delivery of transformation projects.

This role is perfect for a proactive individual who enjoys problem-solving, has strong organisational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role features a hybrid work arrangement, with four days in the office to promote collaboration, build strong connections, and enhance team engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide support for transformation projects, ensuring they stay on track with timelines, budgets, and objectives.
- Maintain accurate program documentation, including status reports, action items, and risk logs.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and benefits to ensure alignment with key performance indicators.
- Assist with resource allocation, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
- Support governance activities by preparing meeting packs, steerco packs, board papers, and program reports.
- Update project reporting tools and dashboards to keep stakeholders informed of progress and outcomes.
- Help manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed.
- Organise and maintain the project management platform, ensuring all documents and data are accessible and up-to-date.

**Skills, Attributes, and Experience**:

- Experience in a transformation, management consulting, PMO, or similar role.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
- A practical understanding of project delivery lifecycles, methodologies, and governance practices.
- Strong proficiency in presentation, spreadsheet, and word processing tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, timely reports.
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
