**About the role**

Reporting into the Head of Education the Education Manager - Leadership will play a critical role in driving the design, build and execution of the L&D framework, strategy, and programs at Grill’d.

You will:

- Assess business needs and implement programs that drive capability and support the development of knowledge and skills to meet current and future business requirements
- End to end management of programs including consultation, design, and delivery
- Motivate and mentor direct report to build a high performing team
- Collaborate with the wider people team and contribute to our strategic direction
- Contribute to the design, delivery and compliance Grill’d IR requirements and accredited training requirements

**About you**:

- You will have experience owning, designing and delivering and evaluating medium to large scale learning and development programs (that rock)
- You will be a hands-on leader who is able to manage senior stakeholders and work on strategy, but not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and work in the detail
- You will have previous experience designing and delivering blended learning programs across various platforms (e-learning, webinars, face to face workshops, etc)
- You can work with and influence a wide range of key stakeholders across the business
- You have experience with learning design software and/or equivalent technology
- You will be super passionate about learning and delivering engaging programs that add value to our teams
