**About Pirelli**

Pirelli is a leading Tyre manufacturer focused on the premium, high performance segment.

We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity for an enthusiastic and analytical individual to join our Commercial/Pricing Department.

In this role, your focus will be on

Providing commercial advice and analysis to the business, relative to researching the Australian consumer market and developing and executing pricing initiatives, which optimise business profitability and revenue and implementation of improvement in processes and efficiencies.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Research and analyse the Australian market in areas such as consumer spending trends and economic behavior and prepare monthly/quarterly promotional price programs and ad hoc tactical sales action.
- Identifying Revenue and profit improvement opportunities and providing insights in a fast paced and always evolving environment.
- Collaborate with and support key stakeholders across the business on projects where commercial analysis is required
- Efficient analysis of data for both ad-hoc analysis & reporting purposes
- Provide market insights through competitor reporting that supports decision making regarding price
- Recommending Pricing for new and existing products in line with the Pirelli pricing strategy
- Managing and maintaining SAP pricing functions

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years in similar Analytical/Economist position
- Proven track record in providing pricing, commercial analysis or margin/profitability analysis to key stakeholders
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Pricing and incentive management frameworks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and experience presenting complex information to a variety of stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills - ability to interpret data to drive business decisions
- Self-driven with the ability to take initiative - jump on challenges and embrace the new and unknown
- High levels of organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- SAP experience will be advantageous
- Interest in Automotive/Tyre Industry will be considered a plus
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, or Accounting will be highly regarded

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
