We offer a comprehensive range of bin sizes — from 2 m³ bins for household clean-outs to 16 m³ units for large commercial or construction projects — all with user-friendly access and prompt delivery options.

**About the Role**

As the **Team Leader - Admin & Reception**, you will play a key role in managing and supporting the daily operations of our admin and reception team. You’ll ensure smooth front-of-house operations, provide training and guidance to team members, and act as the primary point of contact for administrative coordination across the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support a small team of admin assistants/receptionists
- Oversee front desk operations and ensure consistent, professional customer service
- Coordinate scheduling, task allocation, and workflow management for the admin team
- Handle escalated client inquiries and provide effective resolutions
- Monitor and improve administrative processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Assist management with reporting, documentation, and general office coordination
- Contribute to onboarding and training of new team members
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented work culture

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in an **administrative or reception leadership/supervisory role**:

- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve performance goals
- Professional attitude with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Competency with Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented

**Requirements**:

- Valid working rights in Australia (visa holders welcome to apply)
- Availability for full-time hours
- Previous experience in team coordination or leadership preferred
- Strong time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
