**We would love you to have**:

- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience as an educational leader
- Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
- Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- A current Qld Blue Card
- Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children

Queensland Childcare Services has been around for over 30 years and aims to be at the forefront of the Early Childhood Education sector. Our 24 centres offer a range of services to our families such as beach, bush and farm kindy, swimming and Healthy Bodies Programs. We even have our own dietician We value our team and offer the latest professional development opportunities as well as hosting our own conference with key note speakers.

**Our Centre**

**Crestmead Early Education Centre **are located on the corner of Pine Grove Road. Our Centre opened in August 2011 and caters for 150 children aged from birth to school age. We offer a huge range of high quality programs for our children such as swimming lessons, music and movement and language opportunities.
