We design, manufacture and install modular buildings for education, affordable housing, mining, custodial and commercial sectors across all mainland Australian states. Our recreational vehicle work includes servicing as well as manufacture and distribute leading products. **About the role**
The Site Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the delivery of Fleetwood Builiding Solution's many varied projects.To be successful in this role you must be able to lead by example and drive high performance across projects, working with both FBS employees and sub contractors, your role will be to work closely with the Project Managers to ensure the timely delivery of a range of projects. You also must be able to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority in a high-pressure environment and be willing to potentially travel to multiple sites per day/week.
This role has provision of a company vehicle, laptop & mobile phone
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Supervise multiple site projects to ensure quality, on-time delivery and budgets meet objectives
- Ensure that construction is carried out in line with the drawings/plan and within building act compliance, codes, regulations and project scope.
- Ensure that all projects meet quality, safety and environmental objectives.
- Ensure all works adhere to WHSE, QA and building compliances and regulations.
- Supervision and coordination of trades teams including employees and subcontractors
- Manage, forecast, monitor, control and report on project timelines.
- Manage relationships with all stakeholders.
**_The successful applicant will preferably have a trade background and will demonstrate:_**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in building/construction with supervisory functions
- Trade Qualification - Carpentry preferred
- White Card
- Valid Australian driver’s license
- Comprehensive understanding of the building industry
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Australian Standards / Regulations and other applicable legislations and construction techniques
- Excellent understanding of all safety, quality and environmental policies, procedures, regulations and legislation
- Ability to lead by example on safety matters
- High level interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
