In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering a seamless and exceptional patient journey. Your responsibilities will include accurately managing patient records, assisting with frame styling, dispensing orders, and fitting and adjusting glasses.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure an exceptional patient experience, from accurate record-keeping to expert frame styling and fitting
- Assist in dispensing orders and adjusting glasses to meet patient needs
- Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or customer service role (optical experience is not essential)
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail
- The ability to build genuine relationships with colleagues and patients
- Exceptional organizational skills
