**Casual Team Member — Front of House & Pretesting**

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming experience for every person who walks through our doors? Specsavers Leopold is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable **Casual Team Member** to join our team in a **Front of House** **and Pre-Testing** role.

**About the Role**

This is a **clinical professional role**, focused on supporting our **optometrists, dispensers, and patients throughout the customer journey**. As a key part of our customer experience, you’ll be the first friendly face our patients see when they arrive. You’ll assist with:

- Greeting and checking in patients for appointments
- Managing patient flow and appointment scheduling
- Conducting pretests before sight tests (training provided)
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to both patients and colleagues

We provide **structured training, mentoring, and professional development pathways** to help you progress within the business.

While this position is focused on **Front of House and Pretesting**, there are opportunities to **develop and grow into a Dispensing role** in the future.

**Availability**

This is a **casual position** with some rostered shifts. The successful applicant will also need to be **available on-call** to cover shifts when required.
- **Weekday and weekend** on-call availability is essential
- Flexibility, reliability, and excellent communication is key

- Comfortable working in a clinical, fast-paced environment
- Punctual, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills
- Values open communication and receiving constructive feedback
- Previous customer-facing experience, particularly in clinical settings
