Reporting to the Group Financial Controller this role will be a Permanent Full Time Opportunity.

**About the role**:

- AR mailbox management and actioning items as necessary
- Set up of Customer in Xero or other accounting software
- Invoicing Customers in line with Statement of Works and Client’s Purchase Order
- Maintain Customer ledger and collection of outstanding invoices on time
- Investigate and resolve irregularities or invoicing issues
- Support Practice and Project Managers to improve their project unbilled receivables by regular liaison and update
- Provide relevant reconciliations of project reports and other relevant details to our intern and external customers when necessary or when requested
- Liaising with external clients and internal departments to ensure all invoice queries are resolved and paid
- Provide and maintain up to date and accurate history of conversations and actions taken on all unpaid invoices follow up
- Communicate with customers to maximise the collection of outstanding debt
- Understand how daily activities affect Days Sales Outstanding
- Understand how daily activities affect Aged Debt values
- Be able to identify, escalate and assist in resolving Invoice queries and disputes
- Comply and adhere to company policies and collection principles
- Regular Accounts Receivable Reporting
- Support the Group Financial Controller with month end reconciliations and accruals
- Improve and develop systems, processes, and procedures
- Assist with any adhoc projects and tasks as requested by the Group Financial Controller when necessary to facilitate a ‘one team’ environment
