**Your new company**

Working for an Australian owned SME in Sydney that has experienced high growth over the past 2 years. Currently, with 50+ employees and lots of exciting plans for the future. Office based in Western Sydney area.

**Your new role**

Reporting to an inspiration and highly people focused CEO, you will be responsible for the P&C function for the business. You will work in an autonomous role with full overview on all people and culture, recruitment and OD and L&D work. You will partner with a predominantly white collar workforce including Finance, Sales, Marketing, Technology as well as the CMO and CFO.

Key areas will include:

- HR advice and support on all ER, award and people matters
- Coaching the SLT in people and culture and strategy
- Talent management and succession planning
- Producing talent development plans for employs
- Delivering leadership development programs
- Managing all WHS and psycho safety processes
- Payroll queries
- HR policy and process development. Award interpretation
- Managing the HRIS and ATS system
- Employee engagement, driving culture and further embedding of the EVP
- Reward & recognition management

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will be an experienced HR manager, People & Culture Manager who enjoys working in small business cultures, SMEs and have a hands-on down to earth approach to HR. You will be able to adapt your style and approach expanding on the task at hand or the employee
- You will enjoy being operational and co0alface as well as being able to advise at a strategic level and delver coaching to leaders and the CEO
- This is a very warm, fun and unstructured culture so you need to be relaxed, enjoy creativity and the entrepreneurial style of work

**What you'll get in return**
- Location is Western Sydney with free parking offered
- Salary is 130 - 140K base + super,
- Flexible working offered ideally 3/2 and being in the office to support culture and senior leaders.
- You can really make this role your own as the foundations and frameworks are fully in place and there is a great culture to join, but this role can elevate and develop further
