**About the role**

Ballarat Health Services, proudly part of Grampians Health, Specialist Outpatients Clinics currently has a vacancy for both permanent part time or full time Administration Clerks. As an Administration Clerk you will provide superior services to our clients. You will assist in ensuring that program KPI’s are met, reporting requirements are fulfilled and all day to day operational tasks are completed.

**Skills and experience**

Your communication and interpersonal skills will be of the highest standard, including the ability to identify and solve problems constructively, along with a history of administrative excellence. High quality computer skills are essential for this role with particular emphasis on accurate data entry. Previous experience in a community or health environment is desirable.
