Are you passionate about Injury Management and motivated to make a difference? Join our national Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) team as an Injury Management Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of HSW, you will play a crucial role in implementing best practice injury management, prevention, and return-to-work programs across the Blackwoods Group. This is your chance to elevate our injury management agenda to new heights.
**About the Role**
- ** Proactive Intervention**: Provide support and recovery assistance to injured workers.
- ** Coaching and Guidance**: Enhance injury recovery outcomes by coaching, influencing, and guiding managers, injured workers, and service providers through various methods, including training.
- ** Team Motivation**: Communicate and motivate the broader team to implement early intervention strategies and hold them accountable for necessary actions.
- ** Claims Management**: Oversee claims across all jurisdictions within the Wesfarmers self-insurance framework, ensuring strategic and cost-efficient management to minimise premium impact.
- ** Regulatory Compliance**: Maintain and established management system to meet state-based regulatory requirements.
- ** Leadership Influence**: Improve injury recovery results by coaching and influencing leaders throughout the business.
- ** Data Interpretation**: Analyse and provide insights on injury and claims trends to senior leadership.
**About You**
- ** Experience**: 5+ years in a return-to-work (RTW) or Injury Management role.
- ** Interpersonal Skills**: High level of interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- ** Communication Skills**: Proficient in written and verbal communication and problem-solving.
- ** Issue Resolution**: Strong ability to identify and resolve issues through multi-source information evaluation.
- ** Stakeholder Management**: Competency in working with geographically dispersed stakeholders.
