As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with our Store Manager and back of house team to oversee the daily operations of our dynamic retail stores. This is your next step in building a successful career with a large format retailer.

We’re seeking a retail professional who leads by example and is a passionate and dedicated self-starter.

In this role, you'll:

- guide our team in educating parents on our products, demonstrating their features and benefits, fostering genuine relationships with every customer.
- oversee the store's back of house operations, working closely with the warehouse team and store administration assistant to manage loss prevention, stocktake, inventory levels and store standards.
- train and onboard new team members.
- ensure that all OH&S protocols are upheld to promote a culture of safety for all.
- work a Tuesday - Saturday roster.

**What you'll bring to the role**:
You'll
- Experience in a similar role (2-3 years), as an Assistant Store Manager with a larger format retailer, Department Manager, Boutique Store Manager or similar.
- Be a natural communicator and comfortable managing people.
- Have a great track-record and meeting and beating sales targets and KPI’s.
- Be an empathetic leader who gets a kick out of seeing your team thrive.
