The Education Directorate is looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Assistant Manager in the Strategic Procurement Team. The team provides a dedicated and central function for goods and services procurement for the ACT public schools and the Education Support Office. It is responsible for ensuring compliance with legislation and consistency in best practice.

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, possess excellent communication skills and work collaboratively to support the Directorate's procurement and contract management activities.The ACT Public Service supports workforce diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace. An order of merit will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months.
