**Canberra, ACT**:
Due to our success and fast-growing business, we are looking for an Assistant Manager to help support our growing teams.

Work hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am-5:30pm

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Ensure our 6 Star Service standards are met
- Assist and support the Manager with client requests and enquiries
- Provide administrative support
- Assist with recruitment, staffing, induction, onboarding, training, leave management and performance management of the team
- Monitor team performance and refer any areas for attention to the Manager
- Provide direction and guidance to the teams

Ideally, you and your background will have:

- Exceptional Customer Service experience
- Team management experience
- Planning and Organisation skills
- Problem Solving skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- High proficiency in word processing programs
