We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented casual Event Supervisor to join our dynamic team and ensure the smooth execution of our events.

As an Event Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the setup, execution, and breakdown of event, ensuring they run seamlessly and exceed client expectation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the setup, operation, and breakdown of events.
- Lead event staff, catering teams and other vendors.
- Ensure event timelines are adhered to and troubleshoot any issues that arise during events.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal team to ensure all event requirements are met.
- Manage on-site logistics, including equipment, materials and schedules.
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained during events.
- Resolve any client or guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Other ad-hoc duties as per required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in event supervisor role in the hospitality or event industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of event safety.
- Valid Driver's License and able to drive to and from the events.
- Valid RSA.

Pay: $36.09 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
