This mid-tier and global Accounting firm which is based in Sydney’s CBD is looking for supervisor/manager. The culture is professional, yet social and fun, with regular events. The firm provides exceptional training and support.

**Duties will include**:

- Tax planning, advisory, and compliance for group structures and family groups (trusts, companies, partnerships, individuals and SMSF)
- Managing a team, mentoring of the junior staff members
- WIP Management
- Compliance and advisory Accounting at a high level, which includes tax planning, restructuring, small business CGT, FBT, and general business advice
- Working on large group structures
- Reviewing work of the team, which includes tax returns, financials, BAS, IAS and FBT returns from junior through to Senior Accountants
- Client-facing and running client meetings

**Skills and attributes**:

- Extensive experience within a similar role within a reputable Australian Accounting firm, mid-tier experience preferred
- Experience with conducting meetings
- Highly organized, motivated, and driven
- Excellent with clients and team members, a team player
- CA / CPA qualified
- Australian Citizen
