**WeKare Disability Services** is seeking to employ bright, enthusiastic, qualified **female **support workers for a client in Thomastown VIC who can speak fluent Arabic. The client is looking for a few workers who are flexible, enjoys having coffee, chatting, and watching TV series. She also prefers someone who is engaging, shares her love of food and cooking, and is not a vegetarian.

**WeKare** is an organisation committed to delivering reliable and high-quality services and supports to NDIS participants. We offer a variety of services to disabled persons to improve their quality of life and aid in achieving the best possible outcomes for every client.

A high level of competency, initiative, reliability and autonomy is required for this position.

The position is casual and ongoing with some flexibility in hours.

Mandatory Qualifications are required for this role

1. Cert III, IV in Disability or Aged Care Services

2. National/International Police Check

3. Working With Children Check

4. NDIS Screening Check

5. First Aid Certificate (incl. resuscitation)

6. Valid Driver's License and Access to an insured vehicle.

7. Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination status.

The position requires the responsible delivery of a variety of support services such as; community participation and access, monitoring behaviour and the administration of medication under some circumstances.

Additional training may be provided by WeKare, as required, to meet participant needs.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.96 - $41.76 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
