**Training Team**

As a Registered Training Organisation, the qualifications and units of competency we deliver are nationally recognised. We believe the best way to learn is through experience, so our courses provide hands-on experience in a fully-simulated environment and reflecting the current industry standards.

Out training team is committed to ensuring that our training is delivered in a professional manner to meet the needs of businesses, communities and participants so our delivery methods include face to face and virtual options.

**About the Role**

Our trainers deliver TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment to corporate and public clients using our established training training plans and materials. As part of the Advanced Education team you will conduct TAE courses in accordance with national training frameworks and organisational policies, procedures and protocols in both face to face and virtual classrooms. Our training options see our trainers working flexibly and creating emersive training environments.

- You will.._
- Have a completed a Diploma of Training and Design and Development
- Hold a current TAE qualification
- Be experienced delivering learning content in virtual and face to face classrooms
- Have a strong and encouraging communication style
- Be available to work flexible hours including weekends
- Be willing to work at different locations
- Be tech savvy - or at least interested in learning more
- Have a current drivers license
