**About the role**

We are on the lookout for an experienced Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our vibrant team In this pivotal role, you will drive subscription growth by managing the entire subscriber journey-from acquisition to retention and re-engagement. You will leverage our customer engagement technology to transform casual users into loyal subscribers through innovative growth campaigns and personalized, multi-channel communications.

**Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us**:
Lead and execute growth strategies to achieve subscriber acquisition targets
Develop and roll out targeted subscription campaigns across various channels

Own and optimize the end-to-end customer lifecycle for maximum engagement
Build data-driven retention and winback strategies to reduce churn
Manage our customer engagement platform and deliver personalized campaigns
Oversee the customer support team to ensure a delightful customer experience
Collaborate with product and content teams to enhance user experience and integrate growth initiatives

**Now, a bit about you**

You have 5+ years of experience in marketing or growth roles
You are experienced with Customer Engagement Platforms and marketing automation tools
You thrive on data-driven decision making and possess strong analytical skills
You have a good instinct for copy and know how to create compelling communications
You are results-driven and love tackling ambitious growth targets
You are proactive and bring innovative ideas to the table
You have a proven ability to adapt and improve processes in fast-paced environments
