Our painting service company specializes in delivering high-quality painting solutions for both residential and commercial customers. We are looking for another skilled Painting Trades Worker, to join our team.

The painting trades worker should possess expertise in choosing appropriate materials for the task. They must have a background in using diverse tools for painting in various elevated and confined areas, all while strictly adhering to safety protocols. Dependability is essential, alongside a strong commitment to meticulousness when fulfilling their responsibilities.

- Demonstrates the capability to lead and collaborate within a team, as well as work independently with a strong emphasis on high productivity.Great communication skills with builders and with clients is a must
- Excellent communication abilities are essential when interacting with both builders and clients.
- Meticulous focus on details to deliver a superior level of craftsmanship.

**Key responsabilities**:

- ‘capacity to effectively safeguard floors, corners, and surrounding areas from paint splatter using appropriate methods’
- Thoroughly clean all equipment and the work area upon task completion, while ensuring strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) guidelines.**Minimum requirements for skills and qualification**:

- Completed the equivalent of a Certificate III in Painting and Decorating
- Minimum of 2 years (3 years preferable) proven experience as a professional Painter. Preferable experience in the commercial and residential property
- Proficiency in color matching and a background in paint blending.
- Valid full drivers license
- Ability to compentently communicate in English
- White card

**Salary**: Up to $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
