Flexibility to roster your availability Mornings/Nights Monday to Sunday - Working in well established Aged Care facilities with caring work environments - Double time on Weekends Multiple positions available for Personal Care workers across multiple Aged Care sites in South Australia Adelaide - Casual, Temporary Contract and Permanent Positions Available - Double Time on Weekends + Public Holidays - ASAP Start PLUS care packages upon joining Collar Group - FREE scrubs after your second shift with us **What do you need to have?** - Caring attitude towards the elderly - Certificate III or Certificate IV in Individual Support or Aged Care - COVID Vaccination (including booster) - Current Police Check and NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain these. - Current first Aid and CPR - Current Manual Handling Certificate - 1 year minimum experience of working in Aged Care or Community - Reliable vehicle & full driving license or alternatively proximity to public transport links - Smartphone **What will you be doing?** - Clinical care of residents in Aged Care facilities. - Documentation of vital signs, medication administration and resident assessments - Assisting with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition. - Family and resident education - Infection control and prevention - Palliative care, restorative care and pain management - Assisting in admission and easing the transition for residents and their families - Liaison with all stakeholders including residents, family, doctors and allied health **About Collar Group** We are already Australia’s leading recruiter for the healthcare, mining and trades, facilities management, transport and logistics, and property and construction sectors.
