Job Description Summary

To drive product development and delivery to ensure that products are built in line with customer requirements and defined user experience principles

To ensure that the product technology solution meets defined customer and business requirements and outcomes
To actively participate in the successful launch of products into market in a way that delights our customers
To ensure the end to end execution of customer migration

Product Development: What do we do? Our Product Development Managers are part of the Product team and responsible for making sure we bring our products and solutions to life for our customers.

In particular, we are responsible:

- To drive product development and delivery to ensure that products are built in line with customer requirements and defined user experience principles
- To ensure that the product technology solution meets defined customer and business requirements and outcomes
- To actively participate in the successful launch of products into market in a way that delights our customers
- What you will do:
We are looking for a Product Development Manager to join our team on a fixed term engagement. The role reports to the Head of Product Development and Transformation, but will be part of the Customer Migration team with a particular focus on the migration of our Consumer Risk customers to one of Equifax’s new global platforms.

You will play a key role as part of the customer migration team to:

- Manage the customer migration framework and approach
- Work with Senior Stakeholders (internal) to drive the end to end execution of customer migration
- Participate in the execution of the customer engagement and communication strategy and plan
- Ensure the execution of business and customer readiness
- Provide portfolio level reporting and measurement of customer migration outcomes as defined in the business cases.

What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of experience - Product development and customer migration
- Financial Services industry experience
- Capable of managing the relationship and requirements with Technology on behalf of Product
- Strong stakeholder management through well-developed communication and interpersonal skills

Additional qualities:

- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Solid understanding of agile software development lifecycle
- Passion for driving customer outcomes from requirements through to customer migration / Go To Market
- Ability to use Aha, Jira, Confluence and Google Workspace
