**How will I help?**

Reporting into the National Manager - Platform Development, as the Product Development Manager, you will drive product development initiatives across the Panorama platform. You will work with Agile delivery teams to support the development of high-value, high-quality product features, enabling the division to achieve its planned business outcomes. You will work closely with other stakeholders and you will be responsible for the teams’ delivery against desirability, feasibility and viability criteria and ensuring that features delivered align with the overall product strategy.

**What do I need?**
- Demonstrated experience in product development is essential
- Experience in banking or financial services, particularly within the wealth management/platforms space is ideal
- Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, as you will be working across multiple business units and broader businesses.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a highly legislated/governed environment
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- You will be results oriented and have sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
