In Vitro Technologies is a medical and scientific distribution organisation who specialise in the sales, marketing and support of products throughout Australia and New Zealand. We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Data Administrator and Analyst to join our national Data Management team.
This role is primarily focused on facilitating the regular collection, recording and reporting of information into the Companys systems to ensure information is recorded and communicated throughout the business.
**Responsibilities**:
**_ Data Maintenance_**
This position is primarily responsible for updating the following master files for both Australian and New Zealand Operations:
- New Item Creation
- Item Maintenance
- Item Master Upload Preparation
- Mass Upload Preparation
- Pricelist Creation, upload and maintenance
- Ensure daily neat and tidy record keeping
- Ensure timely resolution of queries and data issues
- Perform periodic data quality reviews for internal and external data
- Extraction and presentation of data from Dynamics 365 as required for analysis and comparison
- Customer or In Vitro hosted ordering portals
- GS1 / NPC
- EDI
- Maintain best practices to ensure data are appropriately secured from security breaches
**_ Reporting_**
- Creation and maintenance of reports
- All Tender Specific reporting applicable to usage as negotiated under the agreement for all divisions
- Retrieve system records for corporate use as deemed necessary
**_ Qualifications & Experience_**
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline and industry experience
- Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into operational plans
- Highly developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills as demonstrated by experience in communicating with and presenting to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with limited direction to manage multiple conflicting priorities, meet deadlines, exercise professional judgement in a constructive manner and deliver high quality results within required timeframes in a complex, sometimes ambiguous and dynamic environment.
- Well-developed skills in managing time, setting priorities, planning and organising ones own work to achieve specific objectives to meet required deadlines.
- Proven experience in gaining cooperation and building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Willingness to try new ideas and participate in change
- Ability to take ownership to ensure outcomes are met
- Experience using Dynamics 365 and Advanced Excel functions
