**Logistics Operator | Pharmaceutical | VIC**

**About the Company**:
This is a unique and leading Pharmaceutical Distributor with a dedicated team that ensures local communities around the globe receive medications efficiently. Due to their continual growth and international demand, this company is looking for a Logistic Operator to start immediately.

**About the role**:
In your new and exciting role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of warehouse-related duties such as receiving storage of goods, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring that orders are filled accurately and efficiently, continually striving for improved customer satisfaction.

**Examples of Duties**:

- Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), which contain specific instructions to take the steps concerning the reception and shipment of materials.
- Compare the material received with the documentation forwarded to certify concordance or disagreement.
- Prepare box contents according to the information described on Packing List.
- Control materials characteristics (described in their labels)
- Perform activities related to shipments such as the packaging preparation, box closing and labelling.
- Perform activities on the Operative System CTM-STAR related to the Inbound, Outbound, Return and Relocation processes.
- Have deep knowledge and carry out relabeling, stock, balance, and relocations processes developed at the Facility.
- Keep Internal Stakeholders informed of the progress of their order and shipment
- Perform any other duties the employee has been trained for.
- Comply with standard operating procedures and policies to ensure that the function is demonstrating consistent practices nationally and is in line with strategic objectives.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Have minimum 12 months logistics & warehousing experience
- Experience in Receiving/put away, inventory/ replenishment, Pick/ Pack process from waving order to completion, booking of transport for cold chain orders for re
- fridge transport.
- Understanding of the sensitivity of handling pharmaceutical products and working with and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
- Current forklift license - counterbalance and electric reach trucks.
- Experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
