**OUR TEAM**

Our Above Water Systems team provides engineering & maintenance services to Royal Australian Navy vessels and commercial ships. We’re proud to bolster Australia’s sovereign capability through operational support to our defence partners. With ongoing training programs and a team of over 500, our people have room to grow and develop an impactful career with us.

**YOUR ROLE**

Working centrally in Woolloomooloo, on Gadigal land you will learn what it takes to support large projects in our supportive PMO team. Whilst learning on the job you will also study to gain your Certificate IV Project Management Practice.

What will you be doing?
- Learn project planning, coordination and execution
- Master project support and administration
- Harness your creative powers to overcome obstacles and keep projects on track
- Engage in exciting team work, assisting a seasoned group of project management professionals

**YOUR EXPERIENCE**

The most important attribute for the role is a great attitude and willingness to learn, but you will also need to:

- Have completed year 12 studies at a minimum, any form of TAFE studies would be highly applicable also
- Have a keen interest around Project Management and want to complete a Project Management qualification
- Would like to utilise your analytical and problem solving skills
- Have great communication skills and enjoy interacting with different groups of people
- Have a desire to learn, the curiosity to ask why and willingness to give anything a go
