- Appointment will be for the duration of your undergraduate studies.
- $34.68 per hour + 12% super (level 1)
- Great news - EBA6 currently is underway, with a proposed increase of 5% effective 1 July 2025

We are seeking a friendly, reliable and motivated University Student to work in our** Urban Design and Heritage** team

Our Urban Design and Heritage team sit within the Strategic Planning and Place Making Department - taking a strategic approach to long term planning and policy development to shape the growth, urban form, accessibility, and liveability of our region protecting and conserving our natural resources, and heritage places. The department’s plans, programs and initiatives are structured to meet the requirements of the Southeast Queensland Regional Plan and related State legislation, such as the Queensland Heritage Act, in addition to supporting local demands and needs.

**Working alongside professionals in this field**, you will gain some great knowledge in the area of your studies as you assist the team in the delivery of strategic planning projects, graphic design in Abode Creative Suite, land-use planning and heritage and character investigations for local government.

Your enthusiasm and drive will be paired with exceptional **customer service skills**as we strive to provide a great experience for all of our stakeholders we interact with.

You will be currently enrolled in relevant university studies ideally with an **Urban Design, Architecture, Town Planning or Landscape Architecture focus**and be available to work a minimum of **21.75 hours per week** (Monday to Friday).
