The Gaming Manager are responsible for the daily operations of the gaming room to ensure the highest standard of guest experience, compliance and teamwork

Reporting to the General Manager Gaming, this is a great opportunity to build your career at the early stages of our transformation period.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Gaming room
- You drive a culture of pride in financial performance and understanding with your team
- Your reporting and cash handling accuracy is aligned to all processes; internal procedures and no discrepancies have occurred.
- Rostering within supplied wage budgets from General Manager/Venue Manager Ensure we maintain exceptional presentation standards of the Venue
- Ensure we maintain exceptional presentation standards of the Venue
- Implement and champion the Venue’s Responsible Gambling Code
- You are conducting cleaning walk through and actively manage the venue cleaning standards.

**About You**
- Gaming experience within a Venue
- Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Current RSA and RSG/RCG are essential
- Experience in fire safety procedures
- Experience with WHS, safe workplace practices
- The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
