The Client:
Our Client is a boutique funds management organisation across Commercial Property Investment and seeking a motivated and knowledgable individual to join their team across Capital Transactions - Retail, Commercial and Industrial Property. Reporting to the Director, you would be focusing on analyzing the strategic Acquisition, Re-development, and Re-positioning of Assets to capitalize on investments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial cashflow and feasibility modelling
- Assist with investment analysis and initial due diligence
- Prepare draft credit papers and asset management reports
- Assist in the deal execution process
- Review and structure legal documentation
- Take ownership of certain day-to-day deal management tasks
- Ensure internal investment information is regularly updated
- Contact borrowers, investors and other key stakeholders when necessary
- Represent the fund at Project Control Group meetings for active deal management
- Conduct market research for the team/investor briefings

Skills and experience:

- Experience working across an Analyst role in Property
- Tertiary qualification in Property, Finance, or another related field
- Knowledge of the Commercial Property Market
- Strong financial acumen skills
