Due to significant contract awards within our ANZ business, we are expanding our civil design team in Brisbane, these awards bring a secure 10-year pipeline of work.

Our civil design team is involved in the delivery of a wide range of projects, from large-scale Defence Programs, through to local government projects. We have a keen focus on enabling digital capability which will assist you in further developing your knowledge and experience using a range of digital software. As a result of the collaborative nature of our organisation, this will enable you to have the opportunity to not only work on local projects, but also contribute to projects across the state and across the country.

**What will a day in this role look like**:

- With your technical knowledge and high attention to detail, you will generate civil design models and drawings utilising AutoCAD 2022 or later, projectwise, 12d, 12 synergy, Revizto and Navisworks as well as others.
- Utilising your knowledge of the required design standards and guidelines, you will develop earthworks, roadworks, drainage, water and sewage infrastructure design and documentation.
- Opportunities to be responsible for all or part of a project, and depending on level, training and supervision of cadet drafters.
- Co-ordinate and collaboratively deliver projects with teams of engineers, designers, project managers, scientists and architects on multi-disiplinary projects.

**Qualifications**

**What are we looking for from you?**
- Knowledge of applicable Australian standards and guidelines.
- Passion for delivering high quality work & excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated experience in Design Drafting on Civil related projects, preferably in water and/or wastewater projects.
- Demonstrated experience with AutoCAD, Projectwise, Word, Excel
- Ideally, some experience with 12d, 12d synergy, Navisworks, Revizto
- A strong team focus and willingness to support other team members.
