**Key Accountabilities**:
**About the Role**:
New Year, New Role Exciting opportunity to join our team as an IT Systems Analyst. In this role you will provide education, database management, report development, analysis and support for NPE’s business system - Insphire. These activities will be extended to other business systems and networks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide second line support for information technology issues and problems, in particular our Hire Management System (Insphire)
- Develop an educational program for new users or refreshers of the Insphire system
- Facilitate Insphire training for all relevant NPE users
- Lead and complete the development of reports, stationery and other outputs of the Hire Management System and Power BI / Zoho Dashboards / Crystal Reports, including ad-hoc requests
- Track and liaise with external stakeholders on outstanding or escalated Hire Management System matters
- Lead, develop and support projects which seek to integrate with the Hire Management System
- Provide general IT support, when required, across NPE platforms and systems, including the deployment, configuration and security of desktop and mobile computing devices and peripheral devices, troubleshoot desktop and notebook/tablet hardware, peripherals and equipment as necessary and software matters
- Assist in the documentation of ICT policies and procedures
- Assist with compilation and management of ICT asset registers
- Work collaboratively with the IT team and perform other duties as required

**Skills/ Selection Criteria (qualifications & experience)**:
**Essential**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or significant technical knowledge of Information Technology
- Well-developed skills in Microsoft SQL Server & Microsoft products including Office 365
- Previous experience using Insphire Hire Management System or other ERP Systems (JD Edwards / Microsoft Dynamics / Baseplan etc)
- Experience with Power BI / Zoho Dashboards or other Reporting / Dashboard Systems
- Experience in writing / editing Crystal Reports

**Desirable**:

- Ability to support server related hardware including servers, SANs, firewalls, switches and other routing equipment.
- User / Computer and Group Policy Management in MS Active-Directory
- Experience with Linux Systems (Ubuntu / Red Hat etc.)
- Experience with Python Scripting
- Experience with Mircosoft Azure
