**The Role**
- We’re seeking a bright and outgoing personality for our community based club
- Join a fun team, armed with all the resources you need to succeed
- 20 Hours per week with flexible start & finish times available

**Skills & Experience**
- You must be a people's person who loves interacting and helping others
- You shall have a can-do attitude and be we willing to learn, adapt and grow
- Previous experience in this exact role is not essential. As long as you have a growth mindset and possess a passion for health and fitness, we can teach you the rest

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Membership sales (Phone calls, setting appointments, conducting club tours)
- Provide a positive, welcoming and supportive environment for our members.
- Managing our social media accounts to engage with current and prospective members

**Desired Criteria**
- Sales experience or strong customer service experience
- Solid understanding of Targets, KPI's and Lead Generation
- Passionate about health and fitness with a genuine care to help others
- Self-motivation, willing to listen and learn to grow professionally and personally
- Proactive - offer opinions, feedback and new ideas in partnership with the management

**Experience/Knowledge/Qualification**:

- Certificate III or IV in Fitness (highly desirable, not essential)
- First Aid/CPR certificate
- Working with Vulnerable People Check
- Police Check Certificate

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
