**Join Our Team: Facilities Officer - Keeping Our Health Spaces Safe and Functional**

Looking for a hands-on role where every day brings something different? We’re seeking a dependable and proactive **Facilities Officer** to help keep our hospitals running smoothly and safely - supporting both **Gumeracha District Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital** and **Mount Pleasant Hospital**.

This is a fulfilling role that brings variety, purpose and connection to your day. From maintenance and repairs to helping create a clean, safe and welcoming environment, you’ll play a vital part in supporting patient care behind the scenes.

**What you’ll do**:

- Carry out general maintenance tasks - minor carpentry, painting, plumbing and mechanical repairs.
- Keep hospital spaces clean and safe by collecting rubbish and removing dirty linen.
- Maintain hospital grounds and gardens to ensure outdoor areas are tidy and hazard-free.
- Clean and maintain hospital fleet vehicles to support staff and service delivery.
- Contribute to a positive environment for patients, visitors and staff through your work every day.
