Job Description

**Your Opportunity to Join Our Team**

We are seeking **Process Workers** to join our **Tahmoor Primary Turkey Processing Site**. In this hands-on role, you will be involved in processing, packing, and quality-checking turkey products, ensuring they meet our high company standards.

**Daily Tasks**
- Operate production line equipment to process and package turkey products
- Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, cutting, trimming, and packing
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in production areas
- Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet production targets
- Accurately complete production records and reports

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 15kg
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mindset
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required
- Comfortable working in a cold, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or production (desirable but not essential)
