Ryde, Australia Lilypad Early Learning Centre Full time

Lilypad Early Learning Centre, located in the Top Ryde Shopping Centre is currently seeking casual educators to work in our service.

**Key Responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Contribute to a high quality programs reflective of children’s interests
- Maintain confidentiality of families, staff and children
- Provide effective supervision of children
- Work effectively with teachers and educators supporting them with their daily practices including routines and programming
- Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Previous experience working with children
- Sound understanding of the National Quality Standards
- Sound understanding of the National Regulations
- Capacity and willingness to work a range of shifts at short notice
- Demonstrated commitment to policies and procedures at Lilypad Early Learning
- Current First Aid
- Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificate
- Approved Child Protection qualification
