Thrive Early Learning Centres was established in 2016 and now has evolved to seven centres. All of our centres cater for 0-5 years old and are purpose built with generous outdoor play areas and interactive indoor facilities. Thrive has an exciting opportunity for a vibrant **Certificate 3 Educator** to join our Thrive family based at our North Ryde centre. This role offers you an opportunity to join a dynamic early learning group that is renowned for its passion and practice invested in their people.

**Your role as a Certificate 3 Educator**:

- To build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
- Have a sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Provide assistance to other Educators in the room
- Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
- Maintain effective communication with parents
- Actively contribute to the educational program, observations and documentation, using Kinderm8 and informal opportunities to communicate regularly on your children’s progress and activities with their families
- Completed Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current First Aid and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates
- Current working with children check
- The right to work in Australia
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Salary**: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

- Education & Instruction Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
