Bar & Gaming Attendant

**The Role**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bar & Gaming Attendants.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Bar Service**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Adhere to responsible service of alcohol regulations at all times.
- Engage with patrons in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.

**Gaming Operations**:

- Monitor gaming machines and areas to ensure responsible gaming practices.
- Provide assistance and payouts to patrons.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the gaming area.
- Adhere to all gaming regulations and harm minimisation policies.
- Handle cash and complete accurate reconciliation.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating needs and resolving queries promptly and courteously.
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
- Assist with general venue cleanliness and tidiness.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- **About You**:_

**Essential**:

- Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol competency card.
- Current NSW Responsible Conduct of Gambling competency card.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a bar or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash accurately.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

**Desirable (but not essential)**:

- Previous experience as a Bar Attendant or Gaming Attendant.
- Knowledge of different alcoholic beverages and cocktail preparation.

Pay: $24.95 - $48.03 per hour

- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
