**Essential requirements**:

- Cert III in Meat Processing (preferred but not essential)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-focused
- Full Australian work rights
- Strong knife skills & attention to detail
- Experience in butchery or meat processing
- Excellent ability to manage workflow efficiently
- Prior experience in similar role
