**About the Role**

We are currently looking for **confident, compassionate, and experienced**Disability Support Workers to support participants with **complex psychosocial needs** in Melbourne’s North and North-West, with occasional shifts in the South East (Dandenong).

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Providing individualised support guided by each person’s NDIS plan
- Assisting with daily living, including personal care, medication, cleaning, meal preparation, attending doctor or hospital appointments and routines,
- Provide personal care and health-related support where needed - this may include stoma care or blood glucose monitoring for specific participants.
- Supporting behavioural and emotional needs using BSPs and de-escalation strategies
- Promoting independence through community access and daily skill-building
- Documenting support provided, behaviours, and progress clearly and professionally
- Building strong relationships while maintaining healthy boundaries.

**Who You’ll Be Working With**

You’ll report to our Operations Manager and be part of a team of over 30 professionals. While you may often work independently on shift, you’ll have full support, training, and supervision to feel confident and prepared.

**What You’ll Need**
- Right to work in Australia
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid and CPR
- Australian Driver’s Licence + reliable car with insurance
- Infection Control Training
- Experience with behaviour support and complex participants
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and kind in challenging moments
