Housing Services Officer

THE ROLE
This Housing Services Officer is part of a network of community workers and organisations that share the responsibility for working with vulnerable people to promote and support their wellbeing. Based in offices across the state, the role undertakes a range of tasks relating to tenancy and property management and the provision of housing advice and assistance.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
Operating at value range 1, you will

- Assess client's needs and provide advice on housing options from a range of established policy, procedures and standards.
- Prepare routine cases with well established procedures and represent the Department at VCAT.
