We are partnering with a global business, who provide award winning services and solutions for a range of blue-chip clients. The organisation is going through an exciting period of change and transformation. An opportunity has arisen for a People and Culture Manager to join the business on a permanent basis in Melbourne.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer based in Melbourne, this role oversees the People and Culture generalist team of three across a range of HR services including ER/IR, HR Analytics, Workplace Healthy and Safety, Organisational Culture and HR Projects. You will play a key role as a leader and partner to the business, by driving operational excellence in your team and collaborating with the CoE (O+LD and TA teams).
To be successful, you will have relevant experience in a senior HR generalist role with the ability to lead a small team. As a key business partner, you will embed yourself with your customer groups to better align HR strategy to support organisational objectives. You will have excellent organisation and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
