**About The Role**:
BKI is seeking a **Teacher - Animal Studies **to join our Food & Fibre (F&F) team at Charleston Road Bendigo. The key responsibility of this role is to deliver quality vocational education and training and conduct competency-based assessment for our various qualifications including Certificate II in Animal Care, Certificate III in Animal Care Services and Certificate IV in Animal Behaviour and Training in a range of settings including classroom, workplace, and online environments.

**We are excited about you because you have**:

- A Degree, Diploma or Certificate relevant to the academic level and industry experience relevant to the Animal Care and management Industry.
- At least 5 years of industry experience
- Currently studying (enrolled and actively working towards completing TAE within two years) **OR **have a completed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110) including Design & Develop Assessment tools (TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B) and address Adult language, literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills (TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A)
- Relevant vocational qualification and/or competencies at least to the level to be delivered and assessed
