Roll'd Manager

Downer is currently searching for an **Outlet Manager **to lead our Roll'd team at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital. This presents an exciting opportunity to become a valuable member of a global organisation, where quality meets excellence.

**Responsibilities**

As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for operations of the Roll'd store in the following.
- Driving all aspects of store operations.
- Driving and motivating your team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Provide direction, advice, positive thinking, assistance, and guidance to all staff.
- Strong staff management
- Rostering
- Budgets and P&L's.
- Maintaining all food and beverage costs and stock levels
- Maintaining compliance with the service standard according to brand guidelines
- High level of food safety

**What will you need to succeed?**
- You must have 2 years’ experience in a similar role in the same industry.
- Certificate lll Commercial Cookery or relevant industry experience desirable.
- Passion and customer focus: we expect you to have a genuine passion and interest in food and understand that our customers are number one.
- Sound commercial judgment: you must have a strong understanding of managing P&L’s and KPI’s and can drive and improve sales and profitability.
- Leadership: you must have strong leadership skills.
