Our Mobile App and Staff Portal awaits Manage your own member profile and update your qualifications, shifts, timesheets, and pay slips at your convenience. *What is the opportunity?* As a Personal Care Workers (PCW) & Assistant in Nursing (AIN), you will make a positive impact on the lives of the Participants with your compassionate and supportive approach by: - Creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive care experience - Providing personal care assistance with daily living - Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans - Building relationships with our residents and visitors - Displaying exceptional time management skills and attention to detail - Maintaining accurate health care documentation as required - A team player who enjoys having FUN at work *What is waiting for you:* - We offer a rate above awards with a base pay range of *$37.70 to $39.00 *per hour plus penalty rates _(afternoon, night, weekends, and public holidays)_, superannuation, and employee benefits. - A supportive organization with opportunities for professional development - User-friendly mobile App with features and functionality, that can do everything on the go. Allowing you to filter for jobs near your location and work for the clients that you prefer. *Pay rate is according to Qualifications *What we need from you:* - Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent - Current First Aid and CPR Certificate - Current Police Check or NDIS Screening Check (Yellow Card) - COVID-19 vaccinations with Booster - Current Flu Shot - Manual Handling Training and Hoist experience - preferred. - Valid rights to work in Australia (Passport, Birth Cert, VEVO etc.) - 8 hour shift - Afternoon shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Morning shift - Shift work Supplemental pay types: - Penalty rates Licence/Certification: - First Aid and CPR Certification (required) - Driver Licence (preferred) - Certificate III in Individual Support (required) - Police Check (required) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required) Work Location: In person
