Based at Erina Fair Shopping Centre, we are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join the Centre Management Team. This is a casual role with variable hours, which will include weekends.
The Customer Service Officer represents the face of our Centre and plays a critical role in providing an exceptional customer experience for our customers. This role acts as a key liaison between the Centre Management, the Customer Service Team and our customers, including both our shoppers & retailers. Erina Fair is the Central Coast’s premier shopping destination and has been servicing the local region since 1987
To be successful in this role, you will have broad knowledge of customer service principles and a positive and proactive nature. Specific knowledge within retail, marketing or administration is not essential, but is desirable. You will also demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
