**About the Opportunity**

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the **Information Systems Management** team as a** Nursing/Midwifery Manager - Digital Information Systems,**where you will be responsible for:

- Support Nurse/Midwife Unit Managers within WABs to monitor and review local data to ensure compliance with KPI requirements.
- Ensure accurate collection and submission of perinatal clinical data in line with coding guidelines and procedures.
- Manage the collection of data for the Supplementary Birth Record and meet all other relevant legislative requirements.
- Provide system support for obstetric platforms, including Intelli Space Perinatal and other relevant health information systems.
- Ensure clinical information systems are configured, maintained, and optimised to support high-quality patient care and its evaluation.
- Actively promote and facilitate the effective use of clinical systems, enabling staff to maximise benefits in reviewing and improving their own practice.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Registered or eligible for registration as a Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
- Effective communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability work in a complex environment, respond quickly to requests and achieve results within given and often tight timeframes.
- Registered Midwife with at least 3 years post registration experience.
- Significant experience in health informatics.
- Significant Electronic Medical Record knowledge.
