**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**
- Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a motivated Audio-Visual Site Supervisor to join our AV projects team. You will be supervising a team onsite of 1 to 3 people and will be responsible for installation and testing of commercial AV systems in both finished fit out and construction environments. You will predominantly be based on site with our Warehouse and Office based at Castle Hill.

**TASKS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead crew of AV installation team members.
- Training of new and existing team members.
- Onsite client communication.
- Interpreting technical data from drawings, blueprints, schematics, floorplans, elevations and service manuals.
- Installation, termination and testing audio visual and structured cabling.
- Installation and testing of projection screens, projector lifters, uni-strut and ceiling speakers.
- Installation and testing of LED video walls.
- Installation and testing of wall and ceiling mounted displays screens, digital signage, cameras and room booking panels.
- Installation and testing of meeting and videoconferencing room audio visual equipment.
- Experience with most VC platforms including Cisco, Poly, Zoom, Teams
- Rack assembly and wiring.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience leading a team of 1-4 team members.
- Current driver’s license and white card.
- Experience with permanent installation and testing of commercial audio-visual equipment
- Telecommunications CERT III or equivalent trade experience.
- Self-motivated, with excellent time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to establish great connections
- Have a good work ethic and positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of network connectivity and IT Systems.
