**About AGA**:
AGA has more than 30 years’ experience in training people and placing them into employment, with a focus on apprenticeships and traineeships. AGA partners with the MAS National consortium to deliver Apprenticeship Network Provider services in Victoria.

**About the role**:
Our organisation is focused on providing support and mentoring to the successful apprentice as well as providing on the job training for 3 years. **About you**:

- Genuine interest in the trade
- Hard working and reliable
- Drivers licence and own transport
- Willing to commit to a 4 year Apprenticeship
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Willing to attend accredited RTO/TAFE training
- Willing to undergo a hearing test

**What you will do**:

- Produce and maintain sporting grounds
- Repair damage, restore the field, regulate pest control, and create a safe space for athletes to play
- Mow, aerate, top dress, irrigate, and fertilize the turf
- Creating a schedule for field use
- Operate machinery and equipment
- Work on golf courses
